When will my order Ship?
Domestic
Most orders will ship out within 2-7 business days of ordering. Your order will be shipped Standard Service. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days except Alaska and Hawaii may take a little a longer. We do not ship on Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, 2gearz.shop cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

When will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number.
RETURNS
What is your Exchange Policy?
We will exchange your items only if they were defective or you received the wrong product. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time that you ship your item(s) back to us to process your return/exchange.
When will I receive my Refund?
Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time that you ship your item(s) back to us to process your refund.
What is your Return Policy?
Items purchased from 2Gearz may be returned for full refund within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and the same condition that you received it. All items must have their original tags or labels attached and be unworn and unwashed.
